Anxiety
Anxiety problems are often experienced as physical symptoms including muscle tension, sweating, nausea and abdominal discomfort, trembling and shaking and hot flashes. Anxiety can be experienced as excessive worrying, fear, obsessing, or feelings of dread and doom. Anxiety problems can be chronic and debilitating, often resulting in the loss of ability to participate in desired activities relating to social or occupational roles.
Anxiety problems are usually very responsive to therapy.
